Public Computers

The Nottawa Township Library has six computers that are available to adults, including one in the Children’s Room. Additionally, these computers are accessible to teens 14 to 17 with a permission form on file. Children under 14 with a parent seated with them may access the internet computer in the Children’s Room or the available iPads. Our Junior computers are available for younger children who may enjoy gaming computers. All public computers have Office 2013, internet, and printing capabilities.

The library is equipped with free wireless internet for use by patrons who wish to bring their personal devices. A color printer is accessible on this network.

Computer access is free (printing charges apply to printed copies) to all library patrons. For internet access, patrons must have reviewed our Public Internet Access Policy, and our Computer Use Rules. Minors under the age of 14 must have a parent or guardian with them at the computer for internet access. Minors 14 years of age and older must have an Internet Permission form filled out and signed by their parent or guardian.

Our Computers Have the Following Software:

  • Microsoft Office 2013: Word, Publisher, Excel, Power Point, Access
  • Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox (Web Browsers)

There are also numerous educational and entertaining software programs available for children on our public access computers.
